European Board Meeting 2009 in Torino

This year European Board Meeting (EBM) took place in the beautiful city of Italy, Torino. AEGEE-Riga had two delegates – president Evita and treasurer Arita. In total there were approximately 350 participants. The aim of EBM is to prepare for Spring Agora that will take place in middle of April in Magusa, Cyprus as well as discuss the yearly events plan for AEGEE and make contacts between locals. Besides the serious part we also managed to see Torino, visit the most exciting cinema museum, feel the touch of sun, and in evening party in the clubs of Torino. AEGEE has a nice tradition – stealing of flags. And this time we took AEGEE-Ogre flag. To get it back AEGEE-Ogre has to fulfil our task – make a sort video or presentation showing 10 facts why AEGEE-Riga is the best, coolest and nicest local!
